I have been struggling with BSOD errors for a few months. Over the last 24 hours I had at least 3 BSODs, each with a different error message. I cannot identify any triggering actions nor does there seem to be any specific problems each time the BSOD appears. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Suzanne

Additionally, I did perform a File History System Image Backup which completed after approximately 10 hours.

Please upload a new zip file, this one is empty.

I am rerunning your process as that is the only file that was generated. There are 36 files for this year. Do you want me to move some of the files from the folder and then try to run the process again?

Doesn't really matter, I'll only analyse the most recent.

I ran the process a second time and the file produced was the same size. I tried to upload the most recent log file but received an invalid file message. What would you suggest?

New Diagnostic File

I've attached the new file from the second process. Thanks in advance for your time.

Please disable driver verifier if you haven't already, open an admin command prompt and copy paste "verifier /reset" (without quotes)

I have taken a look at the most current dumps (to 3 days back).

The mainly cause is Symantec.
Please uninstall Symantec using the uninstall instructions

Sorry for all of the stupid questions. I've reviewed the applications and Symantec Endpoint is not listed. The only Symantec programs listed are Norton - Norton Zone, North Security and Norton Management. Which do I need to uninstall?

I've keyed in "verifier/reset" at a command prompt. It flashed and nothing was returned. Do I need to uninstall all Norton applications?

Yes, Norton is a product from Symantec and it is suggested to remove everything from Symantec as they have been flagged.

I did a search for driver verifier and I see DriverDoc and driver updater.

Are those programs to update drivers?
If so, remove them, it is not recommended to use programs for updating drivers, because these programs do, like registry cleaners, more harm then good (like installing the wrong or corrupted driver).
