Hi Stephan,

Welcome to the 8forums.

Almost every crash is caused by the Nvidia Video driver.
Please update this driver here or from your manufacturer, if possible to update.
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [COLOR=#ff0000]nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
Also read this thread about Nvidia Streaming Service for a possible solution for performance issues.

If you get any new bluescreens please use the tool again and upload the zip file.

Hi,

Many thanks. I had the latest driver installed. What i did not mention before is when playing games i have a lot of artefacts on screen and not long before games and pc crashes. I have in the meantime deleted the nvidia driver (uninstalled) and reverted back to the old driver my laptop came with. I had no BSOD for some time now. I also played COD AW but still have the artefacts(random lines all over screen). I then installed an old version of MSI afterburner (came with laptop) and underclock the card , played AW and artefacts gone and no BSOD since. I will get the latest Nvidia driver again and install and underclock the card to see if i get BSOD again and let you know. Could this be a failing card issue, i have monitored the heat and that is fine, with Furmark it never got higher than 68, and no other issues detected.

Thanks for your quick response.

No, this sounds like a driver issue.
Keep with the driver that came with the laptop.
For laptops its the best to stick with the drivers from your manufacturer to prevent any trouble and sometimes with some software for better support. Usually you get a cd where you can find drivers and software for your laptop.

Please fill in your specs: click on user cp in the right upper corner of the page and click on edit system specs in the my settings part (second from above in the list).

Hi,

Thanks again, i disabled the Nvidia streamer services, and then decided to uninstall the Nvidia GEforce experience, never used it. I also updated to the Nvidia drivers last night and had a go at COD AW, the artefacts are still there(lines running all over the screen) also with the original driver laptop came with. I underclocked the card again and it dissappeared. I did not have any more BSOD since and is running all programs to see if the problem comes up again. I also must say i used a program to delete all references to any Nvidia driver before re installing the original driver. My laptop also updated to Win 10 last night and am currently running this and no BSOD also. I will be checking this for the next day or two and let you know.
In the meantime many thanks.

With windows 10 I'm not sure if your system will be stable, because of all the drivers that needs to be updated for compatibility.
Be sure to regularly check your manufacturers site for driver updates.

And a tip, don't overclock anything with laptops even when you've prepared, because you don't know what problems it could bring.
