Hi there
Any way to "de-uglify" the Fonts of firefox in Windows -- Linux has a nice menu in the tools in the firefox menu - Can't see one in Windows.

Good question, in windows, it just picks up default win style. Maybe some other FF theme changes it.
PS. So you use Menu Bar too ? Many don't even know it exists on FF.

That's just for content, not for menus, I think, at least in FF proper it's like that.
