Microsoft Visual C++ will not install

Every time i try using some of my programs i get this message.. When i try installing the x64 and x86 i get two different error logs:

Did you ever find the answer to your problem?

I've seen that issue often, usually you have to uninstall and reinstall.
There are many resources about this for Win8 as well as Win10,
and one source to find some good info and links to resolve it is: Here

Do a scan for Windows updates. See if there is one listed for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. If so, install it. Look both in the important and in the optional updates.
