As you might know, the Windows 8 Modern UI is optimized for all types of display resolutions. Windows 8 will automatically adjust the number of tile row according to the display size. However, if you want to manually increase or decrease the tile row, Windows 8 doesn’t provides an option, but with a simple tool called Metro Scaler, you can increase or decrease the tile rows.
