Low Perfomance on Virtualized Windows 8.1

In VirtualBox, Microsoft Virtual PC(Here somethimes drivers dont work) and Vmware player & workstacion With Recommended Settings Or Using max 3.5 GB of RAM even grapchis memory and its Slow, More slow than Longhorn and Vista and Windows 8

Check to see how many CPUs are available to the VM session. (It may not be called CPUs, but rather "cores" or some other similar name.) If only one is available to the VM, increase it to two. When I did this, I got an immediate boost in speed.
