Lost my Dolby sound in win 8

My win 8 package comes stock with Dolby advanced audio. I uninstalled the IDT driver and its software from device manager to roll back to an earlier version to solve a problem.. that didnt work, so i reinstalled the original drivers and it's software as both downloaded from hHP ( see me specs) and the one I had backed up from the original install. It should not have touched the Dolby application at all but now i cant find it? I used to open it by typing in Dolby in the search but that now has no Dobly results. I tried a regedit search and It didnt even find Dolby. What THE F is going on ?

Is your IDT file named SP59620.exe and is 44MB in size?

The description for this file says that its the driver and application, i could not find any other audio software for your system.
