Lost admin rights on only account

Need Help asap, I have lost all admin rights on my only user account on this machine. I have searched for a solution high and low for awhile now but I need to install software for work!

I cannot open an elevated command prompt (Access Denied)

I cannot edit registry (Access Denied)

When I try to refresh windows I am asked to pick an account to continue with and the only account shown is the Homegroupuser$... no clue what the password for this would be as I have no network.

I need to know how I can access my admin account... I am not using pro version of windows........

If you do not have administrative account and can't create administrative account then there is not much you can do.

it looks you have deleted the only administrative account?

what is your current account? Administrator or User ?

so you changed it from Administrator to user at some point? if so you can't do anything.

EDIT:
you can try to load installation media and restore windows.

I didnt, but somehow it happened. When I view my user rights it says I have admin rights but I get denied when trying to do almost everything.

I have no installation media.

I'm sorry, without installation media or administrator account your hands are tied.

get new windows ISO from microsoft, create bootable media and run system restore.
if that doesn't work you can just fresh install windows by using the same media.

create backup first.

you might have OEM recovery partition?
you can try that to restore windows.

you can also contact OEM for recovery media
