Lenovo Laptop : Screen Blinking Started suddenly

My lenovo laptop is running on windows 7..Yesterday suddenly while playing a video file,my screen started blinking..Anyone who could help me on this issue

When you move the laptop screen does it flash and blink also? hopefully the connection isn't going out for the screen..

Lenovo is notorious for bad quality in some of their laptops.. Fans/hard drives/ screen hinges go out.. etc..

hopefully it's not that..

otherwise, have you recently installed anything ? drivers?
