According to MS, this in incorporated in IE11 so refuses to download, meaning that MS will upgrade in via updates, I presume. I am running Flash in opera with no problem at present.

Adobe has released Version 15.0.0.167 of the Flash Player plugin, only for Internet Explorer under Windows 8/8.1.
