Latest NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Drivers for Windows 8

I would have thought not, if from beta; its the same version albeit with micro changes from feedback on beta (maybe?)

For my ASUS boards with onboard NVidia graphics, it's in the chip-set drivers. On the NVidia Driver Downloads page I select Legacy for Product Type, nForce 6 series for Product Series, and nForce 630a / GeForce 7025 for the Product. I was going to add a screen shot but the attachments function isn't working.

Also if it is a switchable graphics system, I don't think any of Intel or nvidia drivers are going to help you.

Instead you've to install driver for nvidia alone from your manufacturer's support site if it is a laptop.

That's my experience with it :)

:ditto: If it's mixed manufacturers like Intel - NVidia I'd try the laptops manufacturers driver first.

Luckily for me, my Acer accepts the latest Intel and Nvidia drivers. :)

My laptop is AMD/AMD so I can skip ASUS and go right to AMD for the driver. ASUS K75DE laptop, AMD A10-4600M, AMD Radeon® HD 7660G + 7670M

Is it the same case for you? How come for Acer it's not enforced? That's one good programming done there ,in that case :)

It is Intel+AMD that run into serious issues from my experience. Had one for awhile and had to resort to modded drivers if wanted something newer than 2 year old OEM drivers.

new drivers 347.52 out but don't update just keep getting geforce experience encountered an error and must close error

Really just tweaks for Evolve and lots of issues reported at Guru3D. I think I'll wait/pass on this one.

I get a notification, ran it a few minutes ago, and CRASH!! So forget it for now, Nvidia tech not done his work properly

Just saw your post, sorry so late. I don't lose switch ability using them unless Intel doesn't put the code in their generic drivers. They have been pretty good the last 3-4 releases having it in there. One nice thing about Acer. :)
