I wasn't able to download the portable from the builds page. But I did manage to get it from softpedia searching on CCleaner Portable. I just tried again out of curiosity. Clicking the portable download then either link that says "start the download" just gets the spinning circle. Major Geeks download just hung too. They must be having server issues. In any case the one I got seems to work fine.
