Keyboard with touchpad for CAD

Hi All
The changes to the MS OS'es and touch screens might bring some advantage for me and my CAD work if using keyboard and, if available, a touchpad(drawing board) in one. I work on a large screen attached to the laptop with a wireless KB.
Has anyone of you used or come across anything like that and could a touch pen be used for drawing(CAD) on it similar to a WACOM board? I could do without a mouse then.:huh:

Their products just recently stared showing up in my locale so I don't know much about them. Too bad they didn't put up English descriptions and data, don't know what they are capable off. I suppose (by looking at other similar touch-pads) that the are in capacitive technology so pens for smart phones and tablets should work on them. By looks of them, they are smaller than drawing boards and even if they are in highres could be too small and touchy for precise drawing.

I have a Logitech keyboard with a small touch pad built into it. It's in place of the number pad on the right. It's just a basic touch pad though, similar to what you get in a laptop. I haven't seen anything with a high precision touch pad built into it.
