Recently I've been facing a peculiar problem. Whenever I restart my laptop, the keyboard response gets very slow. If I turn off the laptop and turn it on after 15 minutes or so, everything gets back to normal. Mine is an Acer Aspire R3-471TG, Windows 8.1 laptop. I just don't get it. Can anyone help me?
