Kernel Error 0x8000000000000002 BSOD Event ID 41, task 63

Hello, friends!
Some time ago, from the very beginning of the start, Windows began to show BSOD.
Starting from May 22 2017.
In safe mode, it also shows BSOD.
I was able to boot with disabled mandatory driver authentication (F8 on start).

Windows 8.1, SL, x64

Sorry, you're wrong. I use a genuine Windows with a key that was issued to me by buying a laptop. I did not reinstall the winery, as this would deprive me of the warranty for repair.
Or do you mean something else?
