Solved KEM.exec warning on Windows 8.1 advice please.

When idle for a short while address bar and search area get stalled with curser running across and browser stuck at bottom of page. After restart I get the KEM.exec-Application [0xc0000142] error warning. I've ran Malwarebytes and Defender with nothing found. Any advice most welcome...

Kem.exe application is part of the Logitech software, download and install the latest version.
