Chance Encounter
Not been too good lately. Had my second cataract operation then about a week later my peripheral neuropathy threw me on the
kitchen floor. Severely bruised hip and right buttock and lower spine with discs put out. Now seeing a chiropractor. Eyes are now brilliant but lower back is still painful.

Saw my optician today and he doesn't think I did any eye damage. Also had diabetic eye screening earlier and that came back clear so I was pretty lucky eye wise. My optician was quite concerned that I could have done some damage with my fall but he couldn't see any damage so it looks like I got away with it.
