ISO of Win-8 SL en-US x64 V6.2 B9200

I need Verified Original ISO for Windows 8 Single Language 64-bit Version 6.2 Build 9200 (English-US) for repair purposes

I cant install Win 8.1 SL x64 via ISO made with ms media creation tool

Got this error -> 0x80070004 - 0x2000D

Error code says this -> We couldn't install Windows 8.1, We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 8.1

After that i tried to refresh the PC but i came to know that The drive where Windows is installed is locked

So i can't even refresh my PC install Win 8 updates again and than update to Win 8.1 via ISO i already downloaded and finish the matter.

I have found a website where windows 8 ISO files are available but i don't know how to verify it. So kindly suggest a way to verify it.
