Solved Is there any software to lock screen with apps running?

Is there any software to lock screen with apps running in the background?
Like when i leave my room so i lock my screen with password and idm keeps downloading and something like that.

I was searching the net and got the answer.
"If you are running a windows computer simply hold down the windows key and press L. That will lock the screen. If you have a password on the unit, you will have to enter it before you can see the screen again. Your apps will continue to run behind the lock. "
