Is posible install dotnet 4.7 .. 4.8 in Windows 8.0?

- Is possible install .NET Framework 4.8 in Windows 8 ?, because I have tried to install version 4.7.2 and 4.8 and I was unable to T_T

- The latest version it supports and functionally is .NET Framework 4.6.2

- In Windows Server 2012 the .NET Framework 4.8 is installed normally:

- mmm... Could it be that I will have to manually copy the files according to the .mum and .manifest to the Windows system? XD

- PowerShell 5.1 install on Windows 8.0 using manually for packages install: MEGA, so would it be possible to do something similar?
