Is my ASUS laptop due having a CPU/GPU melt-down?

Hi guys & gals,

Before updating my good-old-lappy (2005) to Windows 8 x86 I did a health check on it:

WOW, my temps are really rocking sky-high! What could be the problem here????
Any directions much appreciated!

No way Jose...those are false reading, but the cpu one seems accurate (55 celcius), perhaps its time to blast the dust off with an air compressor.
