Hello and well met,

I purchased all the parts and had my buddy piece together a homemade PC:

Specs
OS: Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit
Mobo: AS Rock Extreme 6
Processor: I5 3570K 3.4 GHZ
Memory:16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 SuperClocked 4096MB GDDR5
PS: Corsair AX 750
HDD: Samsung 840 Pro SSD 256MB

I have had it for months and it runs well but every single graphics driver update requires me to go into safe mode or face the BSOD wrath of IRQL Not less or equal. Recently the issue was compounded with Nvidia Shadowplay. I can install Nvidia drivers using safe mode easy enough but when I try to activate shadowplay it makes the component disconnect/reconnect sound the graphics flicker and back to the same bsod. And Nvidia experience does not work in safe mode so i cannot activate shadowplay there.

I have followed your instructions for collecting information and have attached the Zipped folder as requested. Any and all help will be appreciated.

Hi

Crash dumps shows "Virtu MVP" as the probable cause of your problem.

Code:
fffff880`03771268 fffff880`046922eeUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\VirtuWDDM.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for VirtuWDDM.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for VirtuWDDM.sys
 VirtuWDDM+0x22e
Driver Reference Table - VirtuWDDM.sys

As far as i know, this software is used to switch between on-board video and dedicated graphic card which is an absolutely unnecessary fuction for a desktop PC. Please uninstall this software completely from the system at least as test and report how the system works.

Also, please uninstall "Asrock App charger" as it is not recommended to use with 'Windows 8".
