Internet Works Fine, But Can't Access Other Computers On Network

I can surf the net and email works fine, but when I try to access the network computers for sharing it says I don't have access to them. Anyone else have this problem and/or any suggestions?

How are you trying to access them? Directly, or have you got them mapped as network locations?
Also, what operating system are the networked locations?

I am trying to access them on other computers that are on the network. Those computers are using Win 7 Ultimate.

In Explorer, under the Network heading on the left hand side, does the machines show up?

By default you should be able to connect to the User folder from each machine from there.

I agree, but when I click on it the mouse icon starts spinning and then I get the not responding notice.

Is Network Sharing turned on, on all machines?

Yes, as I said. The same laptop doesn't have the issue if I log into Win 7. Thanks..

Can you screenshot the Explorer Window with Network section openned?

I will later. I'm at my desktop now, and that is on my laptop in the bedroom.
