In Internet Explorer 11 I see the list of all add-ons and then there is separate list of currently loaded add-ons. How do I manually load an add-on that won't run? It's already enabled so I know IE recognizes it, it just won't run. Do I have to go into registry? Command line? It's Dassault 3DVIA player (ActiveX controls) is Enabled, but it isn't loading on page.
