How to Pin Site Tile to Start Screen from Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) in Windows 8

This tutorial will show you how to pin and unpin sites from the modern and desktop IE10 on your Start screen as tiles in Windows 8 and Windows RT.
EXAMPLE: Pinned Site on Start in Windows 8
OPTION ONE
To Pin Site to Start in Desktop IE10

When you open a pinned site tile on the Start screen that was pinned from the desktop IE10, desktop IE10 will open with that pinned site set as it's home page. You will also notice a home button for the pinned site to the left of the back and forward arrows at the top left in desktop IE10.
This does not apply to the modern IE10.

1. While in the IE10 version from the desktop, open/go to the website that you would like to pin to Start as a tile.
2. Click/tap on the Tools (gear) button on the command bar, and click\tap on Add site to Start Screen. (see screenshot below)
3. Click/tap on Add. (see screenshot below)
OPTION TWO
To Pin Site to Start in Modern IE10
1. While in the modern IE10 from the Start screen, open the website that you want to add to your Favorites, and do step 2, 3, or 4 below for what you would like to do.
2. Press the Windows + Z keys, and go to step 5 below.
3. Right click on an empty area in modern IE10 or IE11, and go to step 5 below.
4. Swipe up from the bottom of your touch screen, and go to step 5 below.
5. In modern IE10, click/tap on the Pin site (push pin) button to the right of the address bar, click/tap on Pin to Start, and go to step 8 below. (see screenshot below)
6. Type in a name you want for the tile, and click/tap on Pin to Start. (see screenshot below)
OPTION THREE
To Unpin Site from Start in modern IE10
1. While in IE10 Metro (Windows UI) from the Start screen, do step 2, 3, 4, or 5 below for what you would like to do.
2. Press the F4 key, and go to step 6 below.
3. Press the Windows + Z keys, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
4. Right click on an empty area in IE10 Metro, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
5. Swipe up from the bottom of your touch screen, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
6. From here, scroll left and right until you see the Pinned site that you want to remove, right click or swipe down on the pinned site, and click/tap on Remove. (see screenshot below)
OPTION FOUR
To Unpin IE10 Site from Start Screen
1. While on the Start screen, right click or swipe down on a single pinned site that you want to remove to check it, then click/tap on Unpin from Start in the apps options bar at the bottom. (see screenshot below)
NOTE: You could press the Windows key to return to the Start screen if not already on it.
