internal Keyboard not working (error code 10)

Hello,
My laptop internal keyboard does not work in windows, but works in BIOS.
In the hardware list there is a yellow mark and the error is :
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The specified I/O operation on %hs was not
completed before the time-out period expired.

The model is PB easynote entg71BM
