Install/Uninstall are stopping
"Hello, World"
I recently upgraded my Toshiba Portege R830 hdd to a Samsung SSD. I installed all my programs without any problem. One of these was Visual Studio 2015 Community.
Yesterday I was going to install SQL Server 2012 Express and its intallation stopped at about 50%.. I waited for about 2 hours...
Then I tried to unistall VS2015 Community, to install the 2013... Unistall stopped at 5%. I left the laptop on all night and the process didn't change!
Before I tried to install SQL, I had to reboot and install all the updates..
Now I tried to install all the drivers for my laptop (again) and it stops in every proccess..
I thougth in formating the pc, but installation media for windows 8.1 is currently down. If I press the link to create an usb with win8.1, I get a 404 message....
Any help?
