Index problem on win8.1 64

Lost my Indexing. Have tried to rebuild the directory, No luck. Any Ideas, please?

What is the exact error message that you are getting? Have you tried stopping the service, rebooted and see if it starts? It could be that one of the indexed folders is causing the issue.
