During update, W8.1 restarts, and goes to the boot screen. Then gives this error:
We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer.

All updates that were installed get undone. And if you install updates again, it will do the same thing. The reason is because of one update:
IE 11 Windows 8.1 - KB2962872

Has anybody else had this problem? Anybody know what to do?
I had this problem with Online Armor firewall installed. Temporary uninstalling Online Armor fixed it.

OK thank you very much. This helps a ton because at least we now know what's causing it. I consider this a big step towards a solution.

It makes alot of sense because I ran this update with OA installed as well. I had Windows Firewall off as well as disabled in services. However, I did exit OA when I ran the update. But it starts back up automatically whenever Windows boots up. So basically the solution has to do with OA. I'll check them out to see what I can find.
