How to View and Open Favorites, Frequent, and Pinned Sites in IE10 Metro in Windows 8

Both the Internet Explorer 10 in Windows UI (Metro) and desktop versions share the same Favorites, Frequent, and Pinned sites in Windows 8.
In the Internet Explorer 10 Windows UI (Metro) version, your Favorites are not organized in folder like they are when opened in the IE10 desktop version.
In the Internet Explorer 10 Windows UI (Metro) version, your Favorites are not organized in folder like they are when opened in the IE10 desktop version.
Here's How:
1. While in IE10 Metro (Windows UI) from the Start screen, do step 2, 3, 4, or 5 below for what you would like to do.
2. Press the F4 key, and go to step 6 below.
3. Press the Windows + Z keys, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
4. Right click on an empty area in IE10 Metro, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
5. Swipe up from the bottom of your touch screen, click/tap in the address bar, and go to step 6 below.
6. From here, you can scroll left and right to click/tap on a Pinned, Frequent, or Favorites site that you would like to open. (see screenshot below)
NOTE: If you like, you could click/tap on an empty area in IE10 Metro to close this without selecting a site to open.

That's it,
Shawn
