IE 11

I have several browsers on the Laptop and one of them is IE11 and use it for some things.

I recently had to do a system refresh and the system is working well now.

However the IE11 had some different configuration before the refresh which stayed after it was refreshed and it is now causing some issues.

I has the Temporary directory changed and that stayed after the refresh.

It is causing the browser to run slower. I tried to change the location a few more times but did not change the results. It only works normally if I run it as an administrator.

For IE the setting cannot be saved to be a default like is done with other programs. I tried to changed some permissions in the files and folders but still not working very well.

How can I restore it in a way to run normally or to set it to run as administrator automatically?

The attachment shows one of the problems when running in normal mode.

The problem has been temporarily resolved by the following steps.

I removed and re-added the IE from Windows features and changed the permission settings on the Temporary files to delete all the files from there, even the ones hidden by the system, One of them required to close explorer.exe to be removed.

The file location is now showing unlike it was in the above picture.

Now I am using IE11 in Private mode and it is running much better.

In normal mode I am unable to clear cache. If I do so it does not remove all the data in it which use to work fine before the refresh. But in private mode it is not an issue.
