Hi!
I found no good way from importing specific registry data (for one application for example) to a new instance of windows. Ideally I could just load ntuser.dat/SYSTEM/etc and just import them to the active registry. Or at least export the keys in a reg file. (An option to edit offline registry files wouldn't hurt)
Why don't I export stuff beforehand? Mainly because there's no way I'm going to remember to export anything. Plus it's cumbersome exporting keys into .reg files one-by one and then importing them instead of just importing multiple of them with a tool from the backed up hive.
