Generally C-Media does not provide drivers. C-Media is used by sound card vendors such as ASUS. You have to get the driver from the sound card vendor.
I had an HT Omega sound card, in an old system, and it used the C-Media chip. But, HT Omega provided the driver.

Do you know who made your sound card? Can't help you without that.

Do a google search for "CMedia" and you will find many choices for drivers.

And, to add you need to know exactly what C-Media chip you have to get the correct drivers.

What C-Media device do you have? I assume it is an add on sound card. There should be some markings on the card to identify the manufacturer or part number.

There is no way that we can tell what you have. You will have to examine the card to try and determine what you have so you can get the correct driver.

With the PC powered off, remove the card and examine it for any identification. If there is none, no way that I know to determine what version of C-Media drivers are applicable.
