I Have Windows 8 Key But CD Is Scratched doesn't Run- Help

Hi!
I am in trouble and don't know what to do because i am not expert. So the thing is i purchased and installed Windows 8. But latter on my Window got slower due to viruses and then i thought that i should reinstall window 8. But when i inserted CD in my ROM it didn't run due to scratches. Now my CD is useless. Luckily, i have product key but CD is gone. So any one know if there is any way to free download windows 8? I have also heard that there sites which gives corrupted Windows version. So is there a legal way of doing this?

bro when i visit Microsoft and started downloading the tool. When the downloading reaches 75% it automatically stops. might be a broken link is problem. It happened many times. what to do?

A broken link would not even allow you to start the download. Which browser are you using? Since it's an MS site, try using Internet Explorer, if you haven't already.

The Microsoft tool download the file in ISO form what to do when it completes. I don't know what to do with ISO file.
