Solved I have locked my self out

I changed my account to a admin today and I had actions true backup on there and this is what popped up on user account control I need to change settings please help image.jpg wasp I have a raido show and this is my main laptop

It's Acronis True Image. I'd open the image in MSPaint and rotate it 180° so it's readable and post again.

If it's the Acronis True Image program keeping you out have to gone to their site? Maybe booting into Safe Mode will bypass ATI loading?

What happens when you select NO and do not allow the changes??
I assume your computer is booting to this program?

it is not booting it is just saying that on user account control it boots to windows 8 fine but anting that needs admin rights it wont let me because i dont know the password
