i cannot open webpages without proxy win 8.1

hi

i am in win 8.1
today when i was working with my laptop i said , every webpages got error and i could not open any webpage except google . com , i checked google chorme errors and it was something about proxies so i enabled my proxy and could check pages but when i turn it off again unable to open any webpage


and i am using dns jumper

Have you tried removing dns jumper there doesnt seem much point to that software just set dns to 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222
