Huge Video Lag

I have an AMD Dual-Core 7400K 3.90 GHz (APU) 8GB of RAM and I was recording with OBS. I don't lag in game but the video playback is just horrible. I recorded for 10 minutes and when I played back the video it was 30 seconds of 1-5 pictures lol. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
