HP Stream 8 Screen Orientation keeps setting to Portrait

My HP Stream 8 (Widows 10) Screen Orientation keeps switching to Portrait mode instead of any other orientation. I also cannot change the screen orientation while Rotation Lock is off. Please help if possible.
