Hp Envy issues using Mobile Hotspot

Hey,

recently updated to W10 and now my laptop does not notice my Mobile (Samsung Note 4) hotspot, before W10 it worked fine, but im not sure what I could do.

I tried resetting the IP/TCP w/ CMD (elevated) & winsock

Netsh int ip reset
Netsh winsock reset

I tried disabling the wifi drivers and resinstalling them with no fix.

does anyone have a better idea of something i could do to fix this issue?

Have you tried rebooting the Hotspot? Is there anything out in forums like howardforums.com talking about this issue.

Can you connect to the Hotspot with other wifi devices?

yes I tired rebooting my hotspot (Samsung Note 4) tried rebooting the wireless (HP laptop)

Yes the hotspot works with my Iphone 4, Samsun Tab 4, Other Laptop, Wireless PC

and I have looked, but none really give me an explination on an answer just keep saying things like "maybe you need to reinstall the wireless drivers onto the laptop"
