Are you sure you want that? If you watch a fifteen minute video, the system might shutdown at 2/3.
Usually 'idle' is based on last keystroke or mouse button or user interaction.
You can't really use CPU utilization because that varies even when 'idle'.
This is a complex issue.

Rocky:

Under "Conditions" there is a click-box Wait for idle for: ... please explain this option.

The procedure does NOT work for me.

Please verify this procedure with 1 minutes idle time.

Thanks

Instead of the utility, you can also use the Power Settings and either use one of the three profiles, or make up your own. I set when on battery, to shut down or sleep after 10 min's, shut screen off when lid is closed.

Most laptops and desktops now come with a mfg utility that replaces the built in Windows Power profile. It just adds another profile that the utility uses. Here is the info from Microsoft.com that explains more about the power modes. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Sea...MSHOME&mkt=en-us&setlang=en-us&q=power saving
