Hello FANFA and welcome to the Eight Forums
Is your post a question, or a statement?
I am not sure of your post meaning?
However I can say ahead of time, that we know there are a few variations of Windows 7 'file versions' within the "C:\Windows\Programs\Windows Mail" folder that will work, but it Always has to be combined with a Vista version msoe.dll; I suppose it's possible that a very early version release of a Win7 msoe.dll may also work but would be a moot point. We also know that you can take and use a Windows Mail Programs folder right from Windows Vista and use that whole set of older version files in the process of reinstating WinMail on Win8/10 and it will work too, with minor variations. And so yes there are Many combinations, however our goal was always to use the latest file versions possible, and that's my answer, and what is given on the first post.
We also know that the WinMail reinstatement process works on all versions within the Windows 10 line (Home, Pro, Enterprise and even LTSB) up until around Windows 10 build 16199 (170513-2252) ..which is when as we know they removed the OE legacy code of OE (WinMail) from the base, which now makes it unfeasible to continue the ''Win10'' WinMail reinstatement project any further; however we know that those who want to use WinMail on Win10 up to that point, or Win7/8 until the end when their decision is to move on will never have to worry.
