How to import picture on Start (metro) menu pls

In my flash drive I have a picture which I imported into Photos folder.I would like to Customize my Metro Start menu which includes that picture. How do I do that please.I thank you for your help.

Thanks for the videos xunile. However, when you click on videos, you can see the video playing or photo, you can see the picture? Thanks.
