Hi guys,
I know there is loads of guides regarding factory resets and creating recovery media for Windows but I find myself confused with so many different steps and laptop specs, at the mention of OEM and UEFI I am totally lost. Could someone please be kind enough too offer easy directions as to how create a recovery a USB recovery drive and carry out a complete wipe out and reinstall of Windows please?
Included is a screenshot of my laptop's specs. It came with Windows 8.1 pre-installed, no USB or DVD for recovery included, no Windows stickers with product key therefore I assume it is hardcoded into hard drive already (correct me if I am wrong).
It is Dell Inspiron 15 - perhaps someone is aware of a one click recovery option I have failed to locate within the system.
Thanks in advance and let me know if any more info is required!
