Every time at startup of the laptop, I get a popup of Outlook 2013 to configure my account (the one that says "welcome to Outlook 2013!"). Since I'm not interested in using Outlook, I want to disable that popup on startup.
But which service do I have to disable at Task Manager or msconfig to manage that?
