How to change guest account lock screen in Windows 8.1

I am aware of a group fix where you can force Windows 8 and Windows 8 Enterprise to change the default lock screen. However, this doesn't seem to be applicable to Windows 8.1. Is there any method to change the guest account lock screen? The default one it is using is painful to look at, and while this isn't a critical problem, it's annoying when I boot up and am confronted with its mass of colors rather than my desired lock screen.

I would like to see this:

Rather than this:

Thanks for any help!
