I've been having a problem with this couple of folders on my USB flash drive. They were system folders, but now they're in plain sight. And, yes, I've already made sure the "Hide system files" option is checked, but these files are still there.

They lost their "System" attribute, but they won't get it back no matter how much I try.
I've been try this: First go to my flash drive (F: drive) and one of the folders (System Volume Information) on CMD and "attrib +s +h", but the folder won't hide.

Please, help.

Why do you have System folders on the Thumbdrive and what are you trying to achieve by hiding the files you have stored on it?

I don't know. My USB flash drive came (Kingston that has the urDrive software) with a couple of system folders, then I unchecked the option to hide files and folders protected by the operative system and those system folders popped up. Then I changed a couple of desktop.inis on my computer, not the USB, and those system folders stayed on the USB after I rechecked the option the hide.
