How do you delete the Modern UI App cache in Windows 8.1?

I want to delete the app cache in my Modern UI apps. How is this done? I've tried clearing the store cache but I don't think that's the same thing.

Does this remove offline files your apps might be storing?

If you mean say something like an old deleted image still displaying on the Photos tile, then yes.

If not, please provide more details.

Okay, say you have an e-mail client that has a bunch of messages in it and you want to try to resolve issues with viewing images by deleting the cache. Is there a way to do this universally? The apps don't seem to have this built in.

What app is this for, and what issue are you having with viewing images? Hopefully we'll be able to help with it.

It's my Yahoo! Mail app. I can't see any images. I sent a bug report to Yahoo!. We'll see if they can fix it.
It may also be a network issue because I'm at work. I haven't tried it at home on my computers at home, yet.
The crappy part about it is that it seems to also makes the images so that I can't view them on my Android mobile app until I clear the cache for my Android app.
