Solved How Do I Reset my Pc ?

My System is not getting shut down. When i click Shut down it will get restarted after few minutes. no external storage is been detecting by the pc like hdd,pendrives etc.and also i cant even reset the pc.. for more than 1 hour i sit still.. it just shows the below pic. somebody please help me to solve the issue

Sorry to read you're having big problems, Ajmal.

Is this an ugrade via the Store? Fresh install? Downloaded install? Do you have recovery partition or discs?

If it's been going an hour, I would hard reset it and try to get into safe mode with networking. Then proceed with recovery.

My laptop was brought from foreign and it was an assembled one[win 8]. there are no installation cd's. only i have is recovery media suite dvd's which i have been burned from the laptop itself.

how to reset safemode with networking ?

Have you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)

I would recommend you making the OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive.
