How do I remove some language options?

Hello, this is my first post so I'll try my best, thanks for all those who help!

First off, when I type in Korean and Japanese using the appropriate Korean/Japanese IMEs, the language bar is autoset to Half_width alphanumeric. I want to remove all options except for Hiragana and Full-Width Katakana and set it so that when I change my language to Japanese it automatically sets to Hiragana. Similarly with Korean how do I remove the alphanumeric and leave only the korean language option?
Secondly, is there a button is can use to fluidly tag between language options within an language? So for instance, if I'm in Japanese is there a combination of buttons to press such that I can change between Hiragana and Full-Width Katakana?

Thanks you for support!

Um, all the articles listed are simply about choosing IMEs as they are given. My question was specifically about changing the properties of the IMEs. I have attempted to change the options and settings but have had no luck. Is there any way to just remove the features I have previously listed entirely?
