How do I make the "This PC" window smaller?

I do not know how to make it smaller vertically. On Windows 95 I could.

Yes, I added the "Printers" and "Control panel" icons so to take the waste space. I would prefer without them and the window smaller.

you did not provide us any informayion regarding your system...
personally, Im on windows 8.1 and I can make the windows so small as to that only one icon is showing..
it seems that you are running XP or something and so I cannot help you..

I am on Win 8.1 and this is the smallest vertical size.
